Aaron Murray and Mike Bobo To Participate In ESPN's Coverage Of National Championship

Former Georgia quarterbacks Aaron Murray and Mike Bobo will take part in ESPN’S Mega Cast on Monday

Former UGA quarterback and offensive coordinator Mike Bobo, plus former record breaking quarterback Aaron Murray will help in covering the national championship game with ESPN, joining the game’s “megacast.”

Murray and Bobo will also join Georgia alums Maria Taylor and David Pollack in ESPN’s coverage of the big game. From DawgNation:

Murray will be part of the ESPN2 Homers broadcast, where he will be alongside ESPN commentator Adam Amin. Former Alabama standout Landon Collins will join ESPN’s Joe Tessitore to form the Alabama portion of the broadcast. All four will be on the field level from Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Murray and Collins will be reacting and analyzing the game as if they were watching with a group of friends.

Bobo, now the coach at Colorado State, will join ESPN for the Coaches Film Room version of the telecast, which will air on ESPNews. He’ll be joined by Northwestern’s Pat Fitzgerald and former Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin. Bobo played at Georgia and was the offensive coordinator for much of former Georgia coach Mark Richt’s tenure in Athens before leaving for Colorado State. Bobo also coached Murray during his Georgia playing career.
