Georgia’s offensive line coach Sam Pittman, along with the entire UGA offensive line, are semifinalists for the Joe Moore Award, awarded to college football’s best offensive line unit.
Georgia is up against Alabama, Auburn, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Stanford and Wisconsin for the award.
The UGA offensive line have only allowed 14 sacks in 11 games this season, tied for 19th fewest in college football.
The line has also paved the way for Chubb, Michel and Swift all season long. Georgia’s rushing attack ranks 10th in the nation, averaging 267 yards per game.
