Former Georgia linebacker, who transferred from UGA in August, has found a new home.

Former 4-star recruit in the class of 2016, Chauncey Manac (Clinch County H.S./Homerville, Ga.), transferred from Georgia in August after redshirting his first season.

Manac played the 2017 season at Garden City Community College in Kansas and is now returning to division one, where he will play the remainder of his college career at Cincinnati.

Kirby Smart commented on Manac’s departure in August.

“I’m pleased with what Chauncey did for the University of Georgia,” Kirby Smart said back in August. “We’re thankful he came. We wish him nothing but the best for the future.”

Florida and Ole Miss both offered Chauncey Manac a scholarship this past week as well.

We wish Manac well.
