The No. 1-rated recruits keep falling into place for the Georgia Bulldogs.
Rome High School (Ga) has confirmed that five-star outside linebacker Adam Anderson, the No. 1 rated prep at his position, will sign with the University of Georgia at 12:30pm ET on December 20. The news was first reported by Rusty Mansell of 247.
Anderson led the Rome Wolves to a 15-0 season and back to back 5A state championships, culminated with a 38-0 victory over previously undefeated Warner Robins.
The 6 foot, 5 inch, 220 pound Anderson is simply a game changer. He plays with a violent streak, has speed and a lightning quick burst. He recorded 61 tackles, 23 tackles for a loss and 9.5 quarterback sacks this season.
Quarterback Justin Fields, the nation’s No. 1 prospect, announced this weekend he’ll also sign with the Dawgs on Wednesday. If UGA can land the nation’s No. 1-rated offensive lineman, Pace Academy’s Jamaree Salyer on Wednesday, Georgia could vault to the top 2 in the national recruiting race.
