We don’t see it often, but Georgia wide receiver Javon Wims has a great, entertaining and likable personality.
Georgia Bulldogs wide receiver Javon Wims is a character. The senior not only enjoys joking around off the field, but also shows a passion for a particular candy, too.
Wims has been seen religiously snacking on HARIBO Gummy Bears before games, after practices and on flights as well.
I caught him snacking on some gummy bears prior the Georgia Tech game and had to do a quick double-take. Upon further investigation, Wims has been caught in the act of eating the candy several times.
Wims posted onto Twitter before the Dawgs’ flight to Pasadena, CA, that he had a couple bags of gummy bears ready for the trip.
Last week, Wims did a video for the Bulldogs’ Twitter page, where he showed fans the gear that the players received for the Rose Bowl. Wims displayed his hilarious and friendly personality throughout the video.
Wims decided to come to Georgia at the end of the 2015 season, after a quick stint with Hinds Community College in Mississippi. The 6-4 Miami native has 38 passes for 631 yards and 6 touchdowns this season.
