Georgia Assistant Coach Headed To The NFL

Georgia is losing an assistant coach to the NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs.

According to ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg, defensive quality control coach Jay Valai is headed to the NFL to hold the same role for the Chiefs. Valai has been with Georgia since March of 2016.

Source: Georgia quality control coach Jay Valai is joining the Kansas City Chiefs coaching staff. Valai, who has been recruiting for Georgia for the past few weeks, will be a defensive quality control coach and work with the Chiefs defensive backs.
