Terry Godwin Comes To Decision On NFL Draft

Georgia wide receiver Terry Godwin has come to a decision on whether or not he will enter the NFL Draft.

Junior wide receiver Terry Godwin has announced that he will return to Georgia for his senior year and forego entering the 2018 NFL Draft.

Godwin came to UGA as a 5-star prospect out of Hogansville, Georgia in 2015. Since Godwin’s arrival in Athens, he has caught 111 passes for 1,415 yards and 8 touchdowns. In 2017 alone, he reeled in 38 catches for 639 yards and 6 touchdowns.

Godwin posted to his Instagram:

“I would like to thank The University Georgia for everything they’ve provided me with these past 3 years and the chance of the NFL but after a discuss with me and my family and my coaches I’ve decided to return for my senior year but 2017 was special and so will 2018…. Go Dawgsūüź∂ūüźĺ”

Godwin’s announcement comes on the same day as linebacker Roquan Smith declaring for the draft and cornerback Deandre Baker announcing his return.
