5-Star Cornerback Commits To Georgia

Georgia just added its seventh five-star player to its loaded 2018 class.

5-Star cornerback Tyson Campbell, out of American Heritage High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, chose the Georgia Bulldogs over the Miami Hurricanes and Alabama Crimson Tide. Campbell also looked closely at Tennessee and Auburn, but ultimately decided to choose between the other three.

Campbell played at American Heritage high school in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, the same school that produced former Bulldogs Sony Michel, Isaiah McKenzie and Marshall Morgan.

Campbell ranks as the nation’s 12th overall prospect, second best cornerback in the country and fourth best player in the talent-rich state of Florida.

Campbell gives Georgia seven of the nation’s top 23 recruits.
