Sony Michel Hoping To Be Drafted By A Certain Team? One Writer Thinks So...

Georgia running back Sony Michel is considered a top-three back in the upcoming 2018 NFL Draft. As a possible first or second round pick, a lot of teams will be vying for the young tailback to add a boost to their offense.

Could Michel, however, possibly have his hopes set on one team in particular?

According to BillsWire.com, writer Kyle Silagyi believes Michel has hinted at wanting to be drafted by the Buffalo Bills, who draft 12th, 22nd, 53rd, 56th and 66th.

Sigalyi notes this below tweet from Michel, in which the word “process” is used multiple times.

From BillsWire.com

On March 27, the 23-year-old sent out a tweet in which he expressed his love for “the process.” The word “process,” of course, is often used by Bills’ coach Sean McDermott, as the coach feels as though building a winning team is a process. Buffalo fans have embraced the word, and they’ve grown to love the process as a whole.

Could that be a hint that Michel is hoping to land in Buffalo? To further Sigalyi’s case, Michel also says he emulates his game after Bills star back LeSean McCoy, making Buffalo an ideal fit.

Michel recently appeared on NFL Network’s “Up to the Minute.”During the interview, host Andrew Siciliano asked Michel for his personal player comparison, asking the running back who he models his game after.

“I would just have to [say], guys that I look up to like LeSean McCoy,” Michel said. “Guys that make guys miss in the open space and make big plays. Those guys [are] who I try to emulate my game after.”

Who better for Michel to tandem with other than the player he admires most?

(Unless a team out there is willing to draft Nick Chubb and Michel….that’d be pretty cool.)
