2018 Preseason Coaches Poll Released: Where Is Georgia

DawgNation has high expectations for the Georgia Bulldogs this season and with the release of today’s Amway Coaches Poll, 65 college football coaches across the country hold the Dawgs in high regard as well.

The coaches poll has the Bulldogs ranked No. 4 to begin the season. The ranking is the highest of the major polls for UGA, with ESPN yesterday tapping the Dawgs also at a lofty No. 4.

Alabama leads the coaches poll followed by Clemson and Ohio State. Georgia’s Rose Bowl opponent, Oklahoma, is at No. 5. 2018 SEC opponents Auburn is at No. 10 and LSU is ranked 24th. Mississippi State is the only other SEC school in the top 25, at No. 18.

Last month, Georgia was picked by league media members to win the SEC East and face Alabama in Atlanta for the league title.
