Watch: Patriots RB Sony Michel Has A Surprise For Georgia Football Team On Their Day Off

From his Patriots training camp locker room, running back Sony Michel sent a video message to his former collegiate squad.

On the Georgia football players’ day off from camp, the team gathered in the meeting room in advance of a surprise from their former teammate.

On the big screen popped Michel, the program’s third all time leading rusher, to inform the team that they will have a chance to play the highly anticipated, popular shooter game Call of Duty: Back of Ops 4, which is set to release to the public on October 12th.

“Hey, what’s up y’all? It’s Sony Michel,” the first round pick said from his locker. “Me and coach got a little surprise for y’all. You guys are going to get a chance to play Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 before it even comes out in October. Coach is going to get you all the details, but, man, have fun, good luck and Go Dawgs.”

The Georgia football Twitter account documented the moment below.

The players’ joy was palpable as the guys scurried to the lounge to be one of the first to test out the new game on Playstation 4.

Pretty cool for the players to receive such a message from their old teammate and friend, and for the newcomers to see a Georgia legend present them with a cool opportunity.
