Conference USA member Middle Tennessee (1-1) beat FCS Tennessee-Martin 61-37 on Saturday. The Blue Raiders opened the season with a 35-7 loss at Vanderbilt.
Georgia hosts four Tennessee teams this season — Austin Peay, who the Bulldogs blanked 45-0 in the season’s opener, Middle Tennessee on Saturday and SEC rivals Tennessee (9/29) and Vanderbilt on October 6.
Saturday’s kickoff is set for 7:15 p.m. and the game will be televised on ESPN2.
