ESPN Analyst Sees Kentucky Making It To Atlanta Over Georgia

After an awful defeat to Ed Orgeron and the LSU Tigers, this week has had it all. Outrageous fans asking for Georgia to fire Coach Kirby Smart (yes it’s happened), others assuming the Dawgs are done and an ESPN analyst picking Kentucky to win the East.

No shot at Kentucky, the Wildcats are having a great year, but we just do not see it. With that being said, they do only have one challenging game remaining on the schedule (Georgia), so anything is possible.

If anything, it felt as though the Bulldogs were a lot closer to a basketball conference crown than the Cats were to winning the East in years past. However, that is no longer the case.

Benny Snell and the Wildcats are off to an incredible 5-1 start, prompting ESPN reporter Peter Burns to pick them to reach Atlanta.  The veteran football analyst originally thought Georgia would make it to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, though now a believer in Kentucky.

The Bulldogs will determine their own fate throughout the next two games against Florida and Kentucky with the SEC East becoming a three-team race.
