5 Reasons Why Georgia Could Possibly Lose To Auburn On Saturday

Georgia and Auburn will meet in the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry on Saturday at 7 p.m. on ESPN.

In the 123rd meeting between the two, Georgia will be playing to keep Playoff hopes alive, while Auburn looks to end the Dawgs’ season before December.

This Auburn team has not lived up to its preseason No. 9 ranking, as the Tigers are now sitting at 6-3 and have shown inconsistent play all around. But they did play LSU – who delivered a beatdown on Georgia three games ago – very closely, losing on a last second field goal.

Auburn returned a good deal of talent in 2018, and though the record may not reflect it, this is still a very capable football team.

With that being said, here are five reasons why Auburn could possibly knock off Georgia and ruin any Playoff hopes.
